Sequencing trades, clarifying interfaces, keeping subcontractors and stakeholders aligned — so the site keeps moving.
Acceptance & defect tracking
Preparing and conducting acceptance procedures, reporting and pursuing defects — into the warranty phase.

Complete project documentation: those who document properly don’t argue later — they prove.
